Most Common Payment Status

1) Payment Pending

This does not mean failure, but means that you need to wait for the bank to review and approve the payment.

2) Do not honor

The cardholder needs to authorize by phone, explain to the card issuing bank that the payment is made by himself, and please let it go.

Method 1: After authorization, you can place an new order and pay again, and the payment will usually be successful.

Method 2: After authorization, you can contact our customer service by WhatsApp or Email, and we will notify the bank to deduct the payment from the original order again.

3) High Risk

If your credit card has bad spending records or other reasons, it may cause this failure.

First, you can try to pay again or place an order with another credit card.

If it still fails, you can ask the customer service to try to use bank card to transfer money. Currently, there is an additional 3% discount for using this method.

Finally, you only want to pay by credit card, but the payment keeps failing. Other payment failure reasons

5) Invalid card number

Cardholders are advised to consult the card issuing bank to see if there are any restrictions on the card, or if other types of cards are not supported, such as cards that can only be used for refueling, and such transactions are not allowed.

6) CVN don't match

There will be a verification code on the back of the credit card. It is recommended that you check the card information and place a new order for payment.

7) Capture card

The bank advises the cardholder to consult the issuing bank to see if there are any restrictions on this card.

The bank will limit the number of successful orders per card per day, if you want to buy more, you can buy new items after 24 hours.
