First looks of the CNCPTS X Nike SB Dunk Low “Orange Lobsters”

When it comes to sneakers, everyone has a favorite pair of shoes in their hearts, and few shoes can truly become a sneaker legend. Back in 2008, however, Concepts became one of the most popular sneaker lines in history with the launch of the Lobster Dunks — a shoe that took sneaker collaboration and storytelling to a whole new level.

Following its release in 2018 by mixing purple and green lobsters derived from 2008's lobster colors, the "orange lobster" concept SB Dunk has been considered a missing pair, as it is the only product that no other color has seen the light of day. Also, we have to say that in our day and age we see far more orange lobsters than blue, purple or green, so for us the release is overdue!

The latest design looks to follow the same makeup look as the original iconic pairing, only this time it comes in a bold orange hue. Made from smooth leather and supple suede, the shoe features a saturated orange hue, while speckles dot the panels to mimic a lobster's shell. Suede Nike Swoosh also sweeps across the side panels of the shoe, and the white lining provides a contrast. White and orange accents appear on the picnic blanket-style lining, and a white tongue and laces wrap around the upper.

Underfoot, a black midsole bleeds into an orange outsole, and the shoe features an elastic band around each toe box to mimic a lobster claws. The SB Dunk "Orange Lobster" will come in a special edition shoe box, making this pair a true collector.
